Sitting room has a dinette table, TV, queen Murphy bed and twin bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo w/separate vanity. Bedroom has queen bed, TV w/VCR, and small balcony overlooking San Miguel River . There’s a kitchenette at the entry to the bedroom area.

There is a common laundry room for the complex. The outdoor hot tub and swimming pool are open year round.
